Merry Christmas!!

Yesterday we celebrated the birth of Jesus. We drove really slowly on the icy roads to my Nanny's house. We had a yummy lunch of hamburgers and french fries. Then Nanny opened all of her presents. I got a present, too.
I slept in special Christmas pjs.
Mama dressed me in this spiffy outfit.

Today I went over to my cousins' house and played with all their new toys.

I liked pushing cousin Sarah around in her car. (I may have sat in it myself, but you won't find any evidence of that.)
I also really liked Micheal's Radio Flyer rocket.

Then we came back to Nana and Poppie's house. I put on my new moose pjs (notice the moose feet!) and went to bed. I was really tuckered out!

I got to play in the snow. I especially liked it when Daddy got hit with snowballs!

My Auntie KayKay came to see me!

I'm Dr. Sam!

We left KY one week ago today! We drove for a long, long time.....

I took my nap in the car....

I was so good, and we made really good time, so we got to stop over in Anson. I got to swing on the big blue swing!
I got to see my Nanna and Poppie. I also got to play with cousins Micheal and Sarah. Uncle Doug and Aunt Allison and Uncle Daryl were happy to see me too.

Then we drove to San Antonio. Grandma and Grandpops were so happy to see me. And today my Auntie KK got here all the way from Rhode Island.

Here I am playing at the park!

Long time..... no post

Sorry it's been so long since I posted. We've been pretty busy around here. Well, I've been playing mostly and Mama and Daddy have been busy.

The other day, I had lots of fun playing in the laundry basket and toy basket. Here are some pictures of my escapades!

Ta Da!

Head and shoulders, knees, and toes!

I eat you!

Hmmm, cozy...

We are leaving day after tomorrow to drive to Texas. Mama says it's a long, long way and we will be in the car for a long time. So I can't say "all done" after only 20 minutes of driving like I usually do. Mama has all sorts of stuff she says will keep me entertained. I guess we'll see.
The next time you see me, I'll be on Texas soil! Home at last!

Thanksgiving

I had a great Thanksgiving! How about you?

I like to wear Daddy's boots...

a lot.

This is my new toy... it's an empty Kleenex box

I saw Daddy sitting on the sofa reading and had to let everyone know that I can read too!

Family Fun

My Nonnie and GG came to see me this weekend. Here are some pictures of the great times we had together!

They are building new student housing right next to where I live, so I get to see lots of trucks!! Here I am watching them work! There are big scrapers parked so close to our appartement that I could walk over and touch them!

Fall Fun

These leaves are from a Ginkgo tree. They were brought to Asbury Seminary by it's first president Henry Clay Morrison from his trip to China. That was over 80 years ago. Now they're a firm fixture on campus!

Rollin' away from mama!

More Halloween

The only treat I got at Treats on Main was free Halloween portraits. I decided due the the lack of candy I would not smile.

Afterglow

In hindsight I can look back on Halloween with fond memories.

I didn't like the hat Mama made for me...
so some adjustments were made and I was much happier.

I got to go to Main street and see lots of other kids dressed in cute and some ridiculous costumes.

I also celebrated the Texas Tech Red Raiders' win by doing this awesome dance to the music of the Goin' Band from Raiderland.

Resting Day

Sunday is a day of rest, so we always try to do restful things like driving around and looking at the beautiful autumn leaves or going to a park.

Yesterday, Mama and Daddy took me to High Bridge park.

I love to swing!

This was two trees that had a spot a little ways off the ground that had grown together. I liked sitting on it!

Daddy and I were matchy-poo for church.

Thanks Grandma for my cool sweater and thanks GG Ruby for my cool shoes.

Beautiful Day

It was such a beautiful day yesterday that I got to play outside for a long time!

I went to Daddy's school and played on the statue of John Wesley.
(Which someone dresses in Steeler gear... Hmm... maybe JW will be a Tech fan this Saturday! Why not, he already has his guns up.)

What's under there??

Red leaves?? I thought leaves were green!

Sitting with Daddy on a bench is so much fun!
